Dr. Richard Moser is a board-certified neurological surgeon with more than 35 years of experience, recognized not only for his clinical expertise in brain tumor treatment but also for his deep commitment to advancing global health equity. He is the Founder and Medical Director of the Neurosurgery Program for Solidarity Bridge, an NGO dedicated to building surgical capacity and strengthening health systems in Bolivia and across Latin America. He also serves on the Permanent Council of the G4 Alliance, a global advocacy organization working to ensure access to safe, affordable surgical care for the five billion people who currently lack it.

In addition to his global work, Dr. Moser is Attending Neurosurgeon at UMass-Memorial Medical Center and Professor of Neurological Surgery at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. His translational research focuses on novel RNA-based therapies for neurodegenerative diseases and developing new platforms to deliver large molecules into the brain—bridging cutting-edge science and real-world impact.
